FSB-200

Single-ended beam smoke detector

The FSB-200 reflected beam smoke detector from Honeywell NOTIFIER is designed for spacious rooms, open areas and high ceilings. With only one device to install and align, this single-ended optical beam solution saves time and money on large area applications. It is compatible with the NFS-3030, NFS2-3030, NFS-640, NFS2-640, and NFS-320 in FlashScan® or CLIP mode, as well as legacy addressable panels. Installation of the single-ended reflective design is much quicker than a dual-ended projected beam detector. Alignment is easily accomplished with an optical sight and a two-digit signal strength meter incorporated into the beam detector.

FS-OSI-RI

NOTIFIER’s FS-OSI-RI intelligent addressable reflector-type linear optical beam smoke detector is uniquely suited for protecting large open areas with high ceilings, where spot-type smoke detectors are difficult to install and maintain. Ideal applications are warehouses, atriums, aircraft hangers, sporting arenas and concert halls. The beam operates primarily on the principle of light obscuration using infrared. The FS-OSI-RI detector is a combined transmitter/receiver and is compatible with NFW-50X, NFW- 100X, NFS-320, NFS2-640, and NFS2-3030 fire alarm control panels in FlashScan® or CLIP mode.

It features a smoke-sensing chamber and patented optic block designed to amplify signals from smoke, but diminish stray internal reflections that can cause false alarms.
