Inconel 800

Inconel 800h, UNS N08800, AMS 5871, AMS 5877, ASTM/ASME B409/B408

Inconel 800 are a nickel iron chromium alloys with excellent strength and good support to oxidation and carburization. Inconel 800 is generally used material for construction of equipment demanding corrosion support, heat resistance, strength & toughness upto 1500°F. At heavy temperature it offers resistance to erosion, carburization and saluation along with crack and creep strength. Inconel 800 is basically used in function upto 1100° F, where resistance to crack and creep strength required.

Alloy 800 has high impact strength at room temperature remains tough at cryogenic temperatures.
