Xtralis vesda ASD Pipes and fittings
The effectiveness of smoke detection systems relies on a specialized network of piping that efficiently transports air samples from protected areas to highly sensitive detectors. An integrated CPVC Pipe & Fittings package is specifically designed for compatibility with VESDA Aspirating Smoke Detection Systems. VESDA piping systems are crafted from specialty thermoplastics, offering distinct advantages. These piping systems are lightweight and can be easily assembled on-site using affordable tools. The complete system encompasses all the necessary components for installation and testing. This includes pipes, a comprehensive selection of fittings, capillary tubes, various sample point configurations, and sampling point labels.

Pipe Dimensions
VESDA Pipe systems are produced in ¾” iron pipe size (IPS) pipe dimensions per ASTM F442. This provides piping with unique flow characteristics and exceptionally smooth interior walls, greatly enhancing system performance.
