High-Velocity Differential Flow Elements
Long Radius Flow Nozzles and ISA 1932 Flow Nozzles are manufactured from precision-forged solid bar and can be welded directly into the line or placed between two (orifice) flanges. In clamped flange executions, nozzles are supplied complete with matched spacer rings and high-integrity gaskets. Flow Nozzles can also be delivered as complete, factory-aligned pipe spools with flanged or butt-weld ends for seamless integration into high-pressure pipelines.
Venturi Nozzles are engineered in accordance with ISO 5167 and DIN 1952. To ensure maximum roundness, structural integrity, and smooth boundary-layer flow, Venturi Nozzles up to 12” are fully CNC-machined from single forged bars. For larger line sizes, an engineered combination of forged bar and rolled alloy plate is utilized. All welds are precision-machined flush with the internal pipe diameter to eliminate turbulence and flow separation.
All Flow and Venturi Nozzles are certified to international pressure equipment and quality standards, supported by EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 material traceability test reports.
